If you contact us by email, phone or text, you may voluntarily provide your name, contact information, project location, kitchen details, plans, images, or other information you choose to share. The online inquiry form may request your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, type of project and optional photographs or measurements. The fields and any optional uploads are controlled by the published form on Tally.

2. How we use it

Information you provide may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss your project, arrange an initial consultation, and communicate about potential design, cabinetry, or countertop services. Contacting us does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.

3. Website and hosting data

The static website does not include separate Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The embedded Tally form loads content and a script from tally.so, which may process technical information when the form appears. Your chosen hosting provider may also process technical logs such as IP addresses and access times. Review both providers' practices before publishing.

4. Outside services and links

Our online inquiry form is embedded from Tally, a third-party form service. Information and optional files you submit through the form are provided to Tally, which processes form responses on behalf of the form owner. We may access the submissions to respond to your inquiry and discuss services. Phone, text and email links open separate apps or providers with their own privacy practices. Confirm actual Tally settings, notifications, access and retention arrangements before launch.

5. Your choices

You can choose what optional project information to share with us and can contact us directly instead of using Tally. To ask a question about information you previously provided, contact us using the email address below. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy as website features, vendors, or practices change. An updated policy will be posted here with a revised date.
